SETX Antibody (QQ-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SETX protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-SETX antibody (QQ-7) is available as the non-conjugated form. SETX, also known as senataxin, ALS4 (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis 4 protein), AOA2, or SCAR1, is a member of the DNA2/NAM7 helicase family and plays a crucial role in RNA processing and DNA repair. SETX (QQ-7) antibody recognizes SETX primarily in the nucleolus and nucleoplasm in a cell cycle-dependent manner, as well as in the cytoplasm, which is significant for maintaining genomic stability and facilitating proper gene expression.
