SEE ALSO...

SETD5 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SETD5 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-SETD5 antibody (D-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SETD5 plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression and is involved in chromatin remodeling, which is essential for maintaining genomic stability and proper cellular function. Mutations or dysregulation of SETD5 have been implicated in various developmental disorders and cancers, highlighting SETD5′s importance in cellular processes. SETD5 interacts with several key proteins, including transcriptional coactivator CBP and chromatin remodeling complex components, which further underscores SETD5′s role in modulating gene expression and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Understanding SETD5 function and interactions is vital for elucidating disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.
