    SEE ALSO...

SENP3 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects SENP3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-SENP3 antibody (E-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SENP3 plays a crucial role in the regulation of cellular processes by reversing the sumoylation of target proteins, which is essential for maintaining proper protein function and cellular homeostasis. Specifically, SENP3 enhances the transcriptional and myogenic activities of MEF2, a key transcription factor involved in muscle differentiation and development. By modulating the sumoylation status of MEF2, SENP3 influences gene expression patterns that are vital for muscle cell function and regeneration. Additionally, SENP3 activity is part of a larger network of sentrin-specific proteases that collectively regulate the dynamics of SUMO (small ubiquitin-related modifier) modifications, impacting various cellular functions such as transcription, DNA repair, and cell cycle progression. Understanding SENP3′s role in these processes is important for elucidating potential implications in muscle-related diseases and other conditions where SUMOylation is disrupted.
