    SEE ALSO...

SBNO1 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects SBNO1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SBNO1 (A-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SBNO1, also known as strawberry notch homolog 1, is a 1,392 amino acid protein encoded by the human gene located on chromosome 12, which plays a critical role in regulating gene expression during development. SBNO1 is essential for proper cellular differentiation and morphogenesis, as SBNO1 is involved in the Notch signaling pathway, which is crucial for cell fate determination and tissue patterning. Dysregulation of SBNO1 has been implicated in various developmental disorders, highlighting SBNO1′s importance in maintaining normal physiological processes. Chromosome 12, where SBNO1 gene resides, is associated with several genetic conditions, including skeletal deformities and developmental syndromes, underscoring SBNO1′s significance in both health and disease.

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-166519 X be used instead of the standard form sc-166519?

    Asked by: TinTin
Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
