SEE ALSO...

RXRγ Antibody (A-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RXRγ protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RXRγ antibody (A-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. RXRγ protein plays a crucial role in mediating the effects of retinoic acid, a vital signaling molecule involved in numerous biological processes, including cell differentiation, growth, and apoptosis. RXRγ is primarily located in the nucleus, where RXRγ functions as a transcription factor that regulates gene expression in response to retinoic acid and other ligands. RXRγ′s ability to form heterodimers with other nuclear receptors, such as retinoic acid receptors and thyroid hormone receptors, enhances regulatory capacity, making RXRγ essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to hormonal signals. Understanding RXRγ function and interactions is important for elucidating RXRγ′s role in various physiological and pathological processes, including development and cancer.
