Rsk-2 Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Rsk-2 of mouse, rat, and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHCP, and ELISA. Rsk-2 Antibody (E-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rsk-2, also known as ribosomal protein S6 kinase, 90kD, polypeptide 3, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in response to growth factors and mitogens. Rsk-2 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where activation by phosphorylation occurs in response to extracellular signals, leading to regulation of various cellular processes such as cell growth, proliferation, and survival.
