RPUSD3 Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RPUSD3 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RPUSD3 (C-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RPUSD3, also known as RNA pseudouridylate synthase domain containing 3, is a 343 amino acid protein that belongs to the pseudouridine synthase rluA family and plays a crucial role in the post-transcriptional modification of RNA, specifically in the conversion of uridine to pseudouridine, which is essential for the stability and function of RNA molecules. This modification can influence RNA structure, stability, and interactions, thereby affecting gene expression and cellular function. RPUSD3 is encoded on chromosome 3, a region associated with various genetic diseases and key tumor suppressor genes, highlighting potential implications in both normal cellular processes and disease states. Through interactions with other proteins involved in RNA metabolism, RPUSD3 serves as a significant target for research in understanding RNA biology and human health implications.
