SEE ALSO...

RhoGEF p115 Antibody (C-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects RhoGEF p115 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-RhoGEF p115 antibody (C-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RhoGEF p115 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling by acting as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) specifically for Rho family GTPases, which are pivotal in regulating cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and growth. RhoGEF p115 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where RhoGEF p115 interacts with various signaling pathways to facilitate the activation of Rho GTPases, thereby influencing processes such as actin cytoskeleton organization and cellular adhesion. Understanding the localization and function of RhoGEF p115 is essential, as dysregulation of Rho signaling is implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders. Using RhoGEF p115 monoclonal antibody (C-9) in research can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms of Rho GTPase regulation and its impact on cellular behavior.
