Rho C Antibody (C-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG kappa antibody specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 158-189 at the C-terminus of human Rho C, reactive with mouse, rat, and human proteins, and suitable for applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and immunohistochemistry. RhoC is a small GTPase belonging to the Rho family within the Ras superfamily, playing a pivotal role in regulating the actin cytoskeleton, cell shape, motility, and adhesion. RhoC (C-10) antibody localizes primarily in the cytoplasm and associates with the inner surface of the plasma membrane, which is crucial for signal transduction pathways that control various cellular processes.
