RhebL1 Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects RhebL1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RhebL1 (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RhebL1, also known as ras homolog enriched in brain-like protein 1, is a 183 amino acid protein that belongs to the small GTPase superfamily and the Rheb family. RhebL1 is primarily localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm, where RhebL1 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways. RhebL1 exhibits GTPase activity, which is essential for activating NFκB-mediated gene transcription, thereby influencing various cellular processes such as growth and survival. RhebL1 interacts with specific proteins, including mTORC1, which is vital for regulating cell growth and metabolism. The gene encoding RhebL1 is located on human chromosome 12q13.12 and mouse chromosome 15 F1, with the human chromosome being associated with numerous diseases, including Noonan syndrome and various developmental disorders. Increased expression of RhebL1 in many tumor cell lines highlights RhebL1′s potential role in cancer biology, making anti-RhebL1 antibody (F-5) a valuable tool for researchers studying its implications in health and disease.
