RhebL1 Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects RhebL1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RhebL1 (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RhebL1, also known as ras homolog enriched in brain-like protein 1, is a 183 amino acid protein that belongs to the small GTPase superfamily and the Rheb family. RhebL1 is primarily localized to the cell membrane and cytoplasm, where RhebL1 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways. RhebL1 exhibits GTPase activity, which is essential for activating NFκB-mediated gene transcription, thereby influencing various cellular processes such as growth and survival.
