RBCK1 Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects RBCK1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). RBCK1 (E-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. RBCK1, also known as RING-Type E3 Ubiquitin Transferase HOIL-1, plays a crucial role in cellular processes by functioning as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, essential for the ubiquitination pathway that regulates protein degradation, signaling, and cellular responses to stress. RBCK1 is characterized by a unique RING-B-Box-Coiled-Coil (RBCC) structure, which allows interactions with various proteins, including β-I-type protein kinase C (PRKCB1) and Z-type protein kinase C (PRKCZ), as well as UBE2L3, a ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme.
