Ran BP-M Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Ran BP-M in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Ran BP-M, also known as Ran-binding protein 9, plays a crucial role in microtubule network nucleation and serves as an adapter protein linking membrane receptors to intracellular signaling pathways, vital for cellular communication and response to external stimuli. Ran BP-M (A-5) antibody has been instrumental in studying hormone signaling, as Ran BP-M has been implicated in androgen and glucocorticoid receptor activation, influencing processes such as cell growth and differentiation.
