RAGE Antibody (E-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to detect the human Receptor for Advanced Glycation End Products (RAGE) by targeting amino acids 1-300. RAGE is a pivotal type I membrane protein residing on the cell surface of endothelial cells, mononuclear phagocytes, and vascular smooth muscle cells, where RAGE plays a critical role in mediating cellular responses to advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and other ligands.
