    Rab 3D Antibody (E-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Rab 3D protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rab 3D (E-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Rab 3D protein is a member of the Ras-related superfamily of guanine nucleotide-binding proteins, which play a crucial role in intracellular membrane trafficking. Specifically, Rab 3D is involved in the regulation of vesicle transport, particularly in the exocytosis of neurotransmitters from secretory vesicles in neurons. This function is vital for synaptic transmission and communication between nerve cells, highlighting Rab 3D′s importance in both normal physiological processes and potential pathologies, such as neurodegenerative diseases. Rab 3D′s ability to interact with specific effector proteins ensures the precise targeting and fusion of vesicles with their intended membranes, making Rab 3D a key player in maintaining cellular homeostasis.
