PTH Antibody (D1.1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects parathyroid hormone (PTH) in human, bovine, and canine samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-PTH antibody (D1.1) enables research into PTH, a crucial 84 amino acid peptide that plays a vital role in regulating calcium metabolism by increasing blood calcium levels through multiple mechanisms, such as stimulating bone formation, which enhances bone mass and strength in both rats and humans.
