PRAME Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PRAME protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-PRAME antibody (D-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PRAME, or preferentially expressed antigen of melanoma, plays a crucial role in the immune response against tumors, as PRAME is recognized by cytotoxic T lymphocytes, making PRAME a significant target for cancer immunotherapy. Notably, PRAME is expressed at high levels in a wide range of tumors, including melanomas, non-small-cell lung carcinomas, sarcomas, head and neck tumors, and renal carcinomas, while PRAME expression in normal tissues is limited, which enhances PRAME′s potential as a therapeutic target. PRAME′s ability to elicit a strong immune response in tumor cells underscores PRAME′s importance in the development of targeted cancer treatments, as PRAME may help improve the efficacy of immunotherapeutic strategies aimed at harnessing the body′s immune system to fight cancer.
