SEE ALSO...

Pol III RPC39 Antibody (C39-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Pol III RPC39 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Pol III RPC39 (C39-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pol III RPC39 protein plays a crucial role in the transcription of small RNA molecules, including transfer RNA (tRNA) and 5S ribosomal RNA (rRNA), which are essential for protein synthesis and ribosome assembly. This function is vital for cellular processes, as tRNAs are responsible for delivering the correct amino acids during translation, while 5S rRNA is a key component of the ribosome′s structure, ensuring proper function. The ability of Pol III RPC39 to facilitate the transcription of these critical RNA species underscores its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and supporting the overall protein synthesis machinery.

Hi, I am interested in the Pol III RPC39 Antibody (C39-2): sc-23913. Can you tell me please against what part of the protein is the antibody raised, or the immunogen sequence? Or at least if it is the N or C terminus of PORL3F that it binds?

Asked by: Anonymous
Thank you for your question. The specific sequences used for our peptide antibodies, such as, sc-23913, is considered proprietary information. Please contact our Technical Service Department and we are happy to address any specific question you may have about the reactivity of this antibody.

Are there any issues with using sc-23913: Pol III RPC39 (C39-2) mouse monoclonal primary antibody on mouse samples?

Asked by: Professor Griffin
Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. Please contact our special orders department for pricing and availability of sc-23913 conjugates.
