Pol III RPC39 Antibody (C39-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Pol III RPC39 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Pol III RPC39 (C39-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pol III RPC39 protein plays a crucial role in the transcription of small RNA molecules, including transfer RNA (tRNA) and 5S ribosomal RNA (rRNA), which are essential for protein synthesis and ribosome assembly. This function is vital for cellular processes, as tRNAs are responsible for delivering the correct amino acids during translation, while 5S rRNA is a key component of the ribosome′s structure, ensuring proper function.
