Pol III RPC32 Antibody (C32-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the RPC 32 subunit of RNA polymerase III in mouse, rat, and human samples through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. Anti-RPC32 antibody (C32-1) is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The RPC 32 subunit plays a crucial role in the assembly and function of RNA polymerase III, which is responsible for synthesizing essential RNA molecules, including transfer RNA and 5S ribosomal RNA. These RNA types are vital for protein synthesis and cellular function, as they facilitate the translation of genetic information into functional proteins. Proper functioning of RNA polymerase III is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to various physiological demands. Disruptions in RNA polymerase III activity can lead to significant cellular dysfunction and are implicated in various diseases, making the study of RPC 32 and its interactions critical for understanding gene expression regulation and potential therapeutic targets.
