Pmel17 Antibody (E-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Pmel17 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Pmel17 antibody (E-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pmel17, also known as gp100, is a melanocyte differentiation antigen that plays a crucial role in the development and function of melanocytes, the cells responsible for producing melanin, which gives color to the skin, hair, and eyes.
