Plk Antibody (E-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Plk in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Plk antibody (E-2) plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation, as Plk is a serine/threonine kinase essential for proper functioning of the mitotic spindle, which is vital for accurate chromosome segregation during cell division.
