Rated 4 out of 5 by from worked Overexpressed GFP-PLCd3 (human clone) in 293 cells was detected. There are no non-specific band. PLCb1a and PLCd1 were not cross reacted. endogenous PLCd3 was weakly detected in 293 and MEF cell lysates. 1/1000 dil in 2% BSA TBST, o/n reaction.
