PIG3 Antibody (A-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PIG3 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-PIG3 antibody (A-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PIG3, a member of the p53-induced gene family, plays a crucial role in cellular responses to oxidative stress and is involved in the tumor suppressor activity of p53. Specifically, PIG3 is localized in the cytoplasm and is induced in response to genotoxic stress, highlighting its importance in cellular defense mechanisms.
