Phospholemman Antibody (C-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects phospholemman protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-phospholemman antibody (C-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Phospholemman, a member of the FXYD family of small membrane proteins, plays a crucial role in forming ion channels within the lipid bilayer, exhibiting unique properties such as selectivity for the zwitterion taurine and the ability to switch between anion and cation-selective conformations.
