PDE1A Antibody (B-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects PDE1A of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PDE1A (B-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PDE1A plays a crucial role in regulating intracellular levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), a vital second messenger involved in numerous signaling pathways.
