PCNP Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects PCNP of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PCNP (F-1) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PCNP, or PEST proteolytic signal containing nuclear protein, is a crucial 178 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a significant role in cell cycle regulation and tumorigenesis, making PCNP an important target for cancer research.
