    SEE ALSO...

Parafibromin Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 light chain antibody that detects Parafibromin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Parafibromin plays a critical role as a tumor suppressor, encoded by the CDC73 gene, which is essential for regulating cell division and maintaining genomic stability. Parafibromin is located in the nucleus, where anti-Parafibromin antibody (G-9) identifies a key component of the RNA polymerase II/Paf1 complex, facilitating transcriptional regulation of genes through histone modification. Proper functioning of Parafibromin is vital, as dysregulation can lead to parathyroid tumors and other endocrine disorders. Parafibromin interacts with various proteins involved in transcriptional regulation, including the RNA polymerase II large subunit, which underscores its importance in cellular processes. Parafibromin monoclonal antibody (G-9) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying parathyroid carcinoma and related conditions, providing insights into molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases.
