Pals1 Antibody (G-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Pals1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Pals1 antibody (G-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Pals1 plays a crucial role in the assembly of tight junctions, which are essential for maintaining epithelial cell polarity and barrier function. Specifically, Pals1 is part of the Crumbs-Pals1-Patj complex, which interacts with the Cdc42-Par6-Par3-aPKC complex to facilitate the formation of tight junctions.
