PACSIN3 Antibody (F-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects PACSIN3 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PACSIN3 (F-8) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. PACSIN3 protein, also known as Protein Kinase C and Casein Kinase Substrate in Neurons 3, plays a crucial role in vesicle formation and transport within the cytoplasm, which is essential for maintaining cellular communication and transport mechanisms. PACSIN3 interacts with other proteins such as dynamin, synaptojanin 1, and N-WASP through Src homology 3 domains, facilitating the regulation of endocytosis and synaptic vesicle recycling. PACSIN3 exhibits a unique structure that includes a short proline-rich region and lacks asparagine-proline-phenylalanine motifs, distinguishing PACSIN3 from other members of the PACSIN family. Sequence analysis indicates that human PACSIN3 protein consists of 424 amino acids and shares 94% identity with mouse PACSIN3. Predominant expression of PACSIN3 has been observed in mouse lung, skeletal muscle, heart, brain, kidney, and uterus, highlighting PACSIN3′s potential significance in various physiological processes.
