Expression of p21 Waf1/Cip1 is induced by wild-type p53, linking p21 Waf1/Cip1 to the cellular response to DNA damage and stress, which is vital for maintaining genomic stability. p21 Waf1/Cip1 monoclonal antibody (187) serves as a valuable tool for researchers studying cell cycle regulation, DNA damage response, and the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular senescence.

Can this be used for Co-IP in mouse cancer cell lines? I have not been able to detect a band for p21 after pull down. If not, any alternative?
