p19 INK4D Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects p19 INK4D of mouse, rat, and human origin through western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p19 INK4D monoclonal antibody (E-11) is offered in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. p19 INK4D plays a crucial role in regulating the cell cycle by acting as a negative regulator of cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdks), which are essential for the orderly progression of cells through the cell cycle.
