p130 Cas Antibody (C-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects p130 Cas in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p130 Cas, also known as breast cancer anti-estrogen resistance protein 1 or Cas scaffolding protein family member 1, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in cancer progression and metastasis. p130 Cas is primarily located in the cytoplasm and is involved in the regulation of cell adhesion and migration, which are essential processes for tissue development and repair, as well as for the invasive behavior of cancer cells.
