p130 Antibody (A-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects p130 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p130 (A-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. p130, a member of the retinoblastoma (Rb) family, plays a crucial role in regulating cell cycle progression and maintaining cellular quiescence. p130 functions primarily as a transcriptional repressor by forming complexes with E2F transcription factors, thereby inhibiting the expression of genes required for cell cycle progression.
