p-Rsk-2 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects p-Rsk-2 in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-Rsk-2, a member of the ribosomal S6 kinase family, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in response to growth factors and stress signals. p-Rsk-2 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where activation by mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) leads to nuclear translocation to regulate gene expression.
