p-Rb Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Ser 608 phosphorylated Rb of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-Rb (F-4) antibody is available in non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Retinoblastoma protein (Rb) plays a crucial role in regulating cell cycle, particularly at G1-S transition, by acting as a transcriptional repressor.
