OX2R Antibody (OX108) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the OX2R protein of human origin by flow cytometry (FCM). Anti-OX2R antibody (OX108) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. OX2R, also known as CD200 receptor, is a critical cell surface glycoprotein composed of 248 amino acids, predominantly expressed in lymphoid cells, neurons, and endothelial tissues. CD200 receptor plays a vital role in modulating immune responses, particularly by interacting with its ligand, OX2, to inhibit macrophage activation and limit inflammatory damage in tissues.
