Osteocalcin Antibody (D-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects osteocalcin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-osteocalcin antibody (D-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Osteocalcin, also known as BGLAP or BGP, is a crucial non-collagenous protein predominantly produced by osteoblasts and plays a significant role in bone mineralization.
