Orexin R-1/2 Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Orexin R-1/2 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Orexin R-1/2 (E-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Orexin R-1 and R-2 proteins are critical components of the hypothalamic neuropeptide system, which plays a vital role in regulating arousal, appetite, and energy homeostasis.
