Oatp4 Antibody (D-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Oatp4 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Oatp4 antibody (D-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Oatp4, also known as Slco1b2, Slc21a10, or LST-1, plays a crucial role in the hepatic uptake of organic anions, including cardiac glycosides and steroid conjugates.
