NUDT6 Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NUDT6 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NUDT6 Antibody (F-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NUDT6, also known as Antisense basic fibroblast growth factor or GFG-1, is a member of the Nudix hydrolase family of pyrophosphatases, which are characterized by a unique Nudix domain that enables them to catalyze the hydrolysis of nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. The gene encoding NUDT6 is an antisense transcript of the FGF-2 gene, and NUDT6 plays a crucial role in regulating FGF-2 expression. FGF-2 is a multifunctional heparin-binding growth factor that is vital for processes such as angiogenesis, neuroectoderm development, and wound healing. Notably, NUDT6 is expressed as two isoforms due to alternative splicing, which may contribute to functional diversity and regulatory capabilities in cellular processes.
