NUBP1 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects NUBP1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NUBP1 (C-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NUBP1, also known as nucleotide binding protein 1 or cytosolic Fe-S cluster assembly factor NUBP1, is a 320 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in regulating centrosome duplication, which is essential for proper cell division and maintaining genomic stability. NUBP1 belongs to the Mrp/NBP35 ATP-binding protein family and exists in two alternatively spliced isoforms, allowing for functional diversity. NUBP1 interacts with other proteins such as KIFC1 and NUBP2, which are involved in microtubule dynamics and cellular transport processes. NUBP1 is encoded on human chromosome 16, a region associated with several genetic disorders, including giant axonal neuropathy and Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome, highlighting NUBP1′s significance in cellular function and potential implications in human health.
