NSD1 Antibody (K47) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects NSD1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-NSD1 antibody (K47) is available as a non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. The nuclear receptor-binding SET domain-containing protein 1 (NSD1) plays a crucial role in gene regulation and is involved in various cellular processes, including transcriptional activation and repression, which are vital for normal cellular function and development. NSD1 is predominantly located in the nucleus, where NSD1 interacts with chromatin and transcription factors to modulate gene expression.
