    NPR-C Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects NPR-C in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NPR-C, also known as the clearance receptor, plays a crucial role in regulating natriuretic peptides, including atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), and C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP). Located primarily in kidneys and vascular tissues, NPR-C is essential for maintaining cardiovascular and renal homeostasis by clearing these peptides from circulation, thus preventing excessive vasodilation and natriuresis.
