NMDAε1 Antibody (E-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects the NMDA epsilon 1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-NMDAε1 antibody (E-4) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NMDA epsilon 1 protein, also known as GRIN2A, plays a crucial role in mediating synaptic plasticity and is essential for learning and memory processes in the brain.
