nm23-H1/2/3 Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects nm23-H1/2/3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). nm23-H1/2/3 (E-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. nm23 proteins, including nm23-H1, nm23-H2, and nm23-H3, play a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in regulating metastasis and differentiation. These proteins encode nucleoside diphosphate kinase (NDPK) A and B, which are essential for nucleoside triphosphate synthesis and cellular energy metabolism. NDPKs′ oligomeric structure allows distribution in both soluble and particulate cell fractions, highlighting versatility in cellular functions. nm23 proteins predominantly localize in mitochondria, where they interact with various proteins, including glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), and are implicated in regulating apoptosis and differentiation.
