Neurogenin 3 Antibody (C-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects Neurogenin 3 of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Neurogenin 3 (C-7) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Neurogenin 3, also known as ngn3, plays a crucial role in the development of the endocrine pancreas, specifically in the differentiation of pancreatic islet cells.
