    SEE ALSO...

NCoA-3 Antibody (AX15.3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects NCoA-3 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. NCoA-3, also known as RAC3, ACTR, AIB-1, and p/CIP, plays a crucial role as a transcriptional coactivator that interacts with steroid hormone receptors, thereby influencing gene expression in response to hormonal signals. NCoA-3 (AX15.3) antibody has proven particularly significant in cancer biology research, as NCoA-3 exhibits elevated expression levels in estrogen receptor-positive ovarian and breast cancers, underscoring its potential as a biomarker for these malignancies. NCoA-3′s ability to modulate transcriptional activity through interactions with various nuclear receptors and other transcription factors highlights its importance in regulating cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation. Anti-NCoA-3 antibody (AX15.3) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into hormone action mechanisms and NCoA-3′s role in cancer progression, making this antibody an essential tool for studies in molecular biology and oncology.
