NCoA-3 Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NCoA-3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NCoA-3 (F-2) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase, phycoerythrin, fluorescein isothiocyanate, and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NCoA-3, also known as receptor-associated coactivator 3, plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression as a transcriptional coactivator for steroid hormone receptors, thyroid hormone receptors, and retinoic acid receptors. NCoA-3 interaction with nuclear receptors is vital for transcriptional activation of target genes, particularly in hormone-responsive elements. NCoA-3 is implicated in breast and ovarian cancers, where elevated expression is associated with estrogen receptor positivity, highlighting importance in cancer biology and potential as a therapeutic target. NCoA-3 interaction with other coactivators, such as GRIP1 and SRC-1, further underscores a role in modulating transcriptional responses to hormonal signals, making NCoA-3 significant in both normal physiology and disease states.
