NCoA-3 Antibody (0.T.198) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects NCoA-3 in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP). NCoA-3, also known as RAC3, ACTR, AIB-1, and p/CIP, plays a crucial role as a transcriptional coactivator that interacts with steroid hormone receptors, thereby influencing gene expression in response to hormonal signals. NCoA-3 is particularly significant in cancer biology, showing overexpression in estrogen receptor-positive ovarian and breast cancers, contributing to the transcriptional activation of p300/CBP-dependent transcription factors. NCoA-3′s ability to modulate transcriptional activity highlights its importance in regulating genes involved in cell proliferation and survival, making NCoA-3 a key player in the development and progression of hormone-responsive tumors. Anti-NCoA-3 antibody (0.T.198) enables researchers to gain valuable insights into hormone action mechanisms and coactivator roles in cancer, facilitating the exploration of potential therapeutic targets.
