Nanog Antibody (5A10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody designed to detect Nanog across mouse, rat, and human species through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Nanog antibody (5A10) targets amino acids 1-154 of the recombinant human Nanog protein, ensuring precise recognition and binding. Nanog, also called Nanog homeobox, is a critical homeodomain transcription factor localized predominantly in the nucleus of undifferentiated embryonic stem cells, where Nanog plays an essential role in maintaining pluripotency and regulating the balance between self-renewal and differentiation. The nuclear localization of Nanog is vital for orchestrating gene expression programs that sustain the undifferentiated state of stem cells, making Nanog a key factor in developmental biology and regenerative medicine research. By facilitating accurate detection and analysis of Nanog, anti-Nanog antibody (5A10) enables researchers to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying stem cell pluripotency, cellular reprogramming, and differentiation processes. Nanog monoclonal antibody (5A10) serves as an invaluable tool for advancing studies in stem cell biology, developmental biology, and therapeutic strategies aimed at tissue regeneration and repair. With robust reactivity and high affinity for Nanog, Nanog (5A10) antibody supports comprehensive exploration of Nanog′s role in maintaining the undifferentiated state of cells, thereby contributing to significant advancements in understanding and manipulating cellular fate.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Buon funzionamentoHo provato l' anticorpo primario Nanog (5A10):sc-134218.
