I would like to use sc-293121 for some double staining. Any tips for using only mouse monoclonal antibodies?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Specific but weak signalI’ve tested this antibody for IF on fixed cells at 1:300. I’ve tested on induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and on iPSCs-derived neurons. The signal is specific for iPSCs (negative in neurons), is well localized into the nuclei, but weak.
